Privacy notice
The current WarRoster alpha is local-first and does not require an account. This notice will be revised before cloud accounts or synchronization are released.
What the current alpha stores
WarRoster stores rosters, collection records, game preferences, and active battle sessions in your browser's local storage. This information remains on that browser unless you choose to export or share it.
What WarRoster receives
The current app does not include product analytics, advertising trackers, or an account database. Cloudflare, as the website and app hosting provider, may process standard request information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages, security signals, and timestamps to deliver and protect the service.
Roster sharing
Text exports, QR codes, share codes, and WarRoster files are created on your device. You decide where they are sent. Anyone who receives an export may be able to read or import the roster it contains.
Data control and deletion
You can delete saved rosters inside WarRoster. Clearing site data for warroster.app removes locally stored WarRoster data from that browser. Export any list you want to keep before clearing browser data.
Children
WarRoster is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect account information from children in the current alpha.
Future accounts and cloud lists
Authentication, cloud persistence, email, and synchronization are planned but are not part of the current public app. Before those features launch, this notice will identify the data collected, purpose, retention period, processors, security controls, and account-deletion process.
Questions
During the private alpha, use your existing testing channel for privacy questions. A dedicated privacy address will be published after the WarRoster mail domain is active.
